LOCKWOOD51

LOCKWOOD51 is a Los Angeles based queer brand that is created by queer people, for queer people. Pulling inspiration from both the punk wave and queer history, the accessories and apparel are a love letter to the queer community.

While I was at LOCKWOOD51, I worked with the Founder to create a complete marketing strategy to boost sales and brand awareness. There was already a decently sized audience who would regularly purchase from the brand, but our goal was to continue to build that audience who would return to the website again and again.

Above is an example of one of our top performing ads. This ran on both paid social and on display and mobile uac ads.

On top of creating the marketing assets and managing the day-to-day operations, I worked with the founder to plan out and design various seasons for the clothing and accessories.

I would start by creating mood boards to provide the founder to establish a concept for the season. After we felt good about that I would begin to create the designs for each season through illustration, photo manipulation and typography. Once everything was designed and tech-packs were created, I would pass off the files and work with the manufacturers to make sure everything came out to our standards.
