Goal:
Support the Los Angeles Community affected by the 2025 Fires by provided Instacart users the opportunity to donate much needed supplies for both families and schools in need.
HOW:
We created a special landing page and heavily advertised through CRM, Paid Media & more in order to garner as much support as possible.
As a life-long Los Angeles resident, I wanted the visual identity of the campaign to stay focused on the city of Los Angeles so that wherever it was seen, It would be clear that our first and foremost goal was to support the city that had be so devastated by this tragedy.

The initial launch of this campaign was focused on sending supplies to organizations in the area directly working with the community to supplies necessary items they needed while they were displaced. We worked closely with the organizations to ensure that all of the items we were allowing users to send were what the community needed.
All of our efforts resulted in 35,000 items donated within the first 72 hours.
Launch of CLassroom Carts
With all of the success of our initial campaign, we decided to expand the campaign to another area of need to support schools and students in the area that had been also affected by the fire. We partnered with the Education Department and schools directly to organize a supplies drive to support over 20 schools and over 15,000 students who need supplies to be able to maintain some sort of normalcy when it came to their school life as their families got back on their feet.
