Forever 21

While I worked at Forever21 I was the lead designer for the company website and app. I worked closely together with the creative director and the marketing manager to visually communicate across the website from sales to new collections. Sometimes the website was updated every 2 weeks and other times it was updated day to day. On top of the website, I also worked with the social media team to create engaging content for each of the company’s social media accounts.

Website Re-design

One of my favorite projects at Forever 21 was leading the redesign of the website. The previous site had limitations, such as a clunky interface and restrictions on how many categories could be displayed on the homepage. The redesign was driven by the brand's shift toward showcasing more editorial photoshoots, requiring a homepage that highlighted full editorial images instead of small, cropped thumbnails.

In the new design, I also focused on establishing more cohesive text guidelines across the site to create a unified brand voice. Before launching the update, we conducted extensive testing to ensure the redesign resonated with our audience and enhanced their shopping experience.
